Refunds and Returns Policy

Refunds We offer refunds for any unopened items you're not completely satisfied with, within 30 days of receipt. To be eligible, the items must be undamaged and in re-sellable condition. Please contact our Customer Service team to initiate the returns process. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method, and you will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed. Items returned after 30 days are not eligible for a refund. The customer is responsible for the postage costs. Refunds will cover the full value of the product, excluding postage fees.

Handling of Items Please handle all items with care. 

Incorrect or Faulty Products While we inspect all products before shipping, if you receive an incorrect or faulty item, please contact us immediately at shop@cgd.london and Include your order number, details of the issue, and specify whether you would like a refund or replacement. We will provide further instructions on how to proceed.

Partial Returns of a Bundle If you return part of a bundle, your refund will reflect the full price of the items kept. For example, if you purchase a bundle of 3 planners and return 2, the refund will be adjusted as if you paid the full non-bundle price for the remaining item plus shipping.

Order Cancellation Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you can cancel your order for a full refund. If your order hasn't been dispatched, contact shop@cgd.london to cancel. Once processed, orders cannot be cancelled or amended. Subscription customers will receive a notification 3 days before renewal, allowing time for changes. Cancellations must be made in writing, including your order reference number, within 30 days from the day after you receive your order. If the order has already been dispatched, please return the goods following our standard return procedures.


How to Make a Return

Email shop@cgd.london to request a returns form.

Package your items carefully, include the completed returns form, and affix the return label securely.

Post your returns at your nearest post office, requesting a posting certificate for reference. This certificate is necessary for refund processing if we do not receive your parcel.


Please allow up to 30 days from the posting date for your refund to be processed. We will notify you via email once we have received and processed your return.
