UK Delivery Options:
Our Standard Delivery is provided by Evri on a tracked 48 service but if you want you can upgrade to a 24 hour premium service where if you order before 1pm we will aim to dispatch same day.
Standard 2-5 Working Day Delivery - Tracked (Monday-Friday).
Premium 1-2 Day Delivery (Monday-Friday, Order by 1pm).
Ireland:
Royal Mail Standard Shipping (3-7 Days, Monday-Friday).
European Union:
Royal Mail Standard Shipping (2-7 Days, Monday-Friday).
*Please note - we use the EU-IOSS system for faster, convenient shipping, taxes will be calculated and paid at CGD checkout and we will forward this onto your local tax jurisdiction.
Rest Of The World:
Royal Mail Standard International Shipping (4-15 Days, Monday-Friday).
*Please note that international shipping is weight-based; prices vary and will be shown at checkout. If you are not available to accept delivery, the courier may attempt to leave your parcel with a neighbour or in a designated safe space.

Incorrect or Faulty Products While we inspect all products before shipping, if you receive an incorrect or faulty item, please contact us immediately at shop@cgd.london and Include your order number, details of the issue, and specify whether you would like a refund or replacement. We will provide further instructions on how to proceed.

Package your items carefully, include the completed returns form, and affix the return label securely.
Post your returns at your nearest post office, requesting a posting certificate for reference. This certificate is necessary for refund processing if we do not receive your parcel.
Please allow up to 30 days from the posting date for your refund to be processed. We will notify you via email once we have received and processed your return.
Refunds and Returns Policy
Refunds We offer refunds for any unopened items you're not completely satisfied with, within 30 days of receipt. To be eligible, the items must be undamaged and in re-sellable condition. Please contact our Customer Service team to initiate the returns process. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method, and you will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed. Items returned after 30 days are not eligible for a refund. The customer is responsible for the postage costs. Refunds will cover the full value of the product, excluding postage fees.
